Sarah is passionate about the development of people. She most enjoys working with professionals who want to transform their outlook so they can make the most of their lives and career opportunities. With the highest personal and professional standards, Sarah has a track record of transforming her clients’ performance.
Before she launched Focused Development, Sarah had a successful career in management consultancy and executive coaching. During this time, she led several complex, high profile business change initiatives for some of the UK’s largest blue chip enterprises and public sector organisations, including BT, the BBC and Vodafone. She also led Deloitte’s Consulting talent management programme, involving more than 2500 people.
Sarah works with a range of like-minded associates to deliver Focused Development programmes to her corporate customers.
